LEARN TO RIDE
Project MX is a motocross program hosted at the MX Factory west of Austin, TX. The program provides trauma-scarred veterans and first responders an opportunity to learn Motorcross (MX) riding, which helps them work through frustrations, fears and aggression on a closed course dirt track. Research in PTSD has indicated that camaraderie, shared mission, and the intense release of adrenaline all help to mitigate symptoms.
MX riding requires both the speed and focus, and it gets hearts and minds racing. We want participants to have fun and find passion. Riders will choose from a updated fleet of 2015 and 2016 dirt bikes. The MX Factory will also provide gear and lunch, so the riders just need to show up. Tyler will take them through his "Learn to Ride" program before letting them loose on their own.
Please visit the The MX Factory at www.themxfactory.com to see what they are about.

WANT TO HELP?
We are looking for amazing people and businesses like you(rs) to PARTNER WITH US or to SPONSOR our the program.
Donations made to the program will send a rider to the boot camp, helping pay for the use of bikes, gear, lunch and instruction. Our hope is that at the end of the day, the participants will leave lighter in spirit and mind than when they arrived, also meeting new friends and developing new skills along the way.
